The iPhone 2.2 firmware upgrade has broken the Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down feature. We will soon release a fix for this.

sure, the firmware version is 21.0.008 (released some days ago) and I'm using my wifi network. I've got just one problem with the j2me client: when the video starts I can hear the audio just for less than a second!

sorry you're having problems. Can you tell me the firmware version and network that you are on? Also, if you have promblems with the J2ME client, m.vtap.com should work well.
thanks Shawn |

The latest version is ver_0_143. Which can be found in the "about" option, under "Tools".
I will look into maintaining some kind of list with the releases from now on. Also when we release a new version of something I have been trying to send out a news letter to the forum users. So you should be notified when the next release is available. thanks Shawn |

hello everybody,
today I tried to install vTap Symbian on my Nokia N81, but when it seems that the installation process is terminated the screen gets black and the phone restarts (and obviously vTap is not installed!). It happens also with other symbian softwares like Fring, so I think it is a compatibility issue with the new firmware. any other ideas? however, vTap is a great service! I'll try with the j2me version in the meantime. thank you! Riccardo |

Is there somewhere that lists the current version of vTap for Windows Mobile? There's no update feature in the software itself, and no way that I can find to figure out what's current. Thanks

Hi, thanks for your reply. It's set to Internet and I'm able to access Webpages with Opera Mobile...

Hi, any updates on this? BTW, I tried to connect with disabled 3G (Wifi connection established) and vTap was not able to detect the Wifi connection neither. It asked "Flight mode?" in the status line. Is Windows Mobile required to be in English language? Thanks, Michael Micheal, Sorry we didn't get back to you earlier. We are not able to reproduce this problem at our end. Question - In the WIFI settings - Network type - is that set to 'Internet' OR 'Work/Private'? |
